Easy Tortilla Cheese-Crust Breakfast Pizza

This might be one of my favorite lazy pizza ideas.
The concept is inspired by the triangle pizza hack, but I made it using string cheese for an easy, cheese-stuffed crust. It’s a simple shortcut that gives you that same melty, cheesy edge at home.
For this version, I went with a pesto combination — egg, tomatoes, extra mozzarella, and fresh basil. The result is crispy on the outside, with a gooey cheese crust and a soft, jammy yolk in the center.
What I love most is how easy and flexible this is. You can switch up the sauce, toppings, or make it more breakfast, snack, or late-night style depending on your mood.
It’s simple, satisfying, and surprisingly fun to make.
